Semi Cross System

 

This system is similar and less complete that the fully cross system. It consists in the exhaustion of air along the tunnel through pipelines. This system requires movement of air along the tunnel which is affected by external environment and wind up due to these factors the ventilation rate should be increased.

This system may be indicated for long tunnels and two congested roads.
